BRIX* concentration: minimum 13° It is important to consider the Brix scale when choosing a drink mix for your Cofrimell Slush Machine. The sugar content will affect the freezing process of your mix: too much sugar will prevent it from freezing properly, and not enough sugar will result in a solidified product, causing damage to your machine. Please verify the Brix concentration of your drink mix before proceeding.
