The Omcan single freestanding narrow drawer warmer is a great choice to keep your food warm and ready for service. The drawer is spacious enough to fit a full size food pan of size 12″ x 20″ x 6″ which comes with the product. Its freestanding design lets you fit the drawer warmer anywhere in your kitchen, and the unit is designed specifically for deep countertops.

Each drawer has a separate thermostatic control that provide the flexibility to adjust heating temperature in the 80-220 degrees Fahrenheit (27-104.4 ºC) range. The drawer is finished with a 1″ thick fiberglass insulation and built-in drawer gasket that retains heat inside for energy efficiency. The durable stainless steel construction is designed taking into consideration its frequent use in a busy kitchen environment. The drawer warmer is equipped with a vent control feature ranging from ‘dry’ to ‘moist’ that allows to adjust the humidity levels in the warmer.
