Presenting the Eureka Olympus 75E, a machine that earns its name from more than just its impressive size. With 75mm hardened steel flat burrs and advanced grind dispersion technology, it achieves an astonishing grind time of just 2.4 seconds per double shot, evoking the speed and power of the mighty god Zeus himself.
Eureka has once again showcased their innovative prowess by outfitting the Olympus with their patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System, offering infinite adjustment possibilities between the burrs. With a smooth-turning adjustment knob, transitioning between coarse and fine settings is effortless, making it suitable for occasional pour-over brewing. However, frequent changes between brew methods may not be as convenient.
Where the Olympus truly excels is in the realm of espresso. Its single and double shot timed dosing controls can be easily programmed to dispense grounds precisely as needed, simplifying the brewing process even further. Similar to Eureka's Zenith and Atom grinders, the Olympus boasts user-friendly controls.
Gone are the days of navigating complex menus. Instead, users can simply select the dose they wish to adjust and use the plus or minus buttons to fine-tune the coffee quantity. Alternatively, manual grinding is always an option. For espresso shots of legendary quality, the Eureka Olympus 75 E is the ultimate choice
Eureka's dedication to precision and innovation shines through in their grinders, and the Olympus is no exception. It seamlessly combines beauty with functionality. Equipped with an anti-static and anti-clumping device, it ensures that your grounds are not only consistent but also as fluffy as can be by eliminating electrostatic charge. Plus, the portaholder can be easily adjusted to accommodate any portafilter, while the adjustable coffee chute ensures that your fluffy grounds always dispense perfectly into the center of your basket.
One standout feature is the clever design of the burrs. Unlike traditional designs, the micrometric adjustment knob controls the bottom burr, allowing you to remove the top burr for cleaning without altering the grind setting. This means you can clean the burrs whenever needed and get back to grinding without skipping a beat. Whether you're running a bustling coffee shop or need a reliable grinder for your home kitchen, the Olympus is the perfect match.
Programmable Timed Grinding
The Olympus offers the convenience of programmable grinding times for both single and double shots, each with dedicated buttons for quick access. You have the flexibility to specify grinding times down to 1/10 of a second, with counters on the main display keeping track of how many single or double shots you've prepared. For one-time dispensing or when you need a little extra, the manual mode allows you to grind on the fly.
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment
The Stepless Micrometric Regulation System, patented by Eureka, offers precise control over grind adjustment without relying on fixed steps or stop points, providing infinite possibilities. This innovative system operates by repositioning the lower burr, ensuring that your grind settings remain unchanged even during grinder maintenance. With a simple twist of the adjustment knob, you can finely tune the grind to your exact preference.
High-Speed Grinding
With its powerful 800 W motor, the Olympus achieves impressive speeds of 1400 RPM, ensuring a rapid and efficient grinding process. Whether you're hosting a gathering with many guests or operating a bustling café, the Olympus is the ideal choice for consistently producing high-quality coffee in large quantities.
Customizable Coffee Chute
The Olympus comes with an adjustable coffee chute, which can be tailored alongside its portaholder to guarantee that the coffee grounds are consistently directed to the center of any portafilter. Additionally, an integrated light illuminates the fluffy grounds as they cascade out of the chute and into the basket.
