Product Overview

Trento Automatic Dough Rounding Divider

The Trento Automatic Bun Rounder is a great investment for any bakery or fast food service establishment. The unit is powered by a hydraulic machine with two cylinders for pressing, one cylinder for cutting and one for rounding. The unit has a control panel that allows adjustment of pressing, rounding and shaping chamber opening times. The unit can store up to 9 different programs and also has a knife cleaning button.

Bun rounding dividers are machines that cut a piece of raw dough into small portions and, using an oscillating plate, subsequently roll each piece to obtain balls of the same weight and shape, all in a few seconds. You can adjust the settings to suit your preferences and needs, such as the weight, and size size of the dough buns.

Always reliable

Dividers are tasked with precisely cutting a quantity of dough into several parts - giving each the same shape and weight - without altering the characteristics of the product.

Details that make the difference

Every millimeter of the device has been planned - inside and out – to bring you perfection: perfect in the ease of use, materials and finishes, assembly and disassembly operations, safety features and ease of cleaning.

Safety is always our top priority

Peace of mind while being hard at work is priceless. New safety features enhance the overall performance our machines. They are designed to prevent hazards in daily operations, without hindering nor slowing down the work itself.

The dough bun automatic dividing rounder is a reliable and efficient solution for bakeries and food service businesses.
