Shipping costs

• Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over CAD $5,000, before taxes. Liftgate, inside delivery and other special services may be extra and are confirmed with you before shipping.
• Below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout from your postal code, or quoted after your order for large or unusual items.

How it ships

• Small items ship by courier with tracking.
• Large equipment ships by freight on a pallet. The carrier calls you to book a delivery window.

Delivery

• Freight delivery is curbside: the driver brings the pallet to the closest accessible point of your address. Moving equipment inside, unpacking and installation are not included unless quoted.
• If there is no loading dock, choose liftgate service so the pallet can be lowered to the ground.
• Someone must be on site to receive and sign. Missed or refused deliveries may lead to redelivery or storage charges from the carrier.

Inspect before you sign

Check every box and pallet before signing. Write any damage on the delivery slip, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours. Concealed damage found after unpacking must also be reported within 48 hours.
