Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (GST/HST, QST or PST) are calculated from the delivery address and shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. If an error in a price or description is found after you order, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Quotes

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise.
• A quote covers only the items, freight and services listed on it. Installation, rigging, electrical, gas or plumbing work is included only when it is written on the quote.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available; any payment received is then refunded in full.
• Payment is due when you place your order, unless your quote or invoice states other terms.
• Financing through EconoLease is subject to their approval. Orders paid by financing ship once the financing is approved.

Delivery, title and risk

• Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
• Ownership of the equipment and the risk of loss pass to you when it is delivered to your address and signed for.

Installation and codes

• Commercial equipment must be installed and connected by licensed professionals (gas, electrical, plumbing, ventilation) and in line with local fire, building and health codes. You are responsible for site readiness: access, door widths, utilities and permits.
• Manufacturer warranties may require professional installation.

Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, RestoHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or food spoilage. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the law of your province requires otherwise.
