Commercial equipment ships by freight carrier, not parcel. Delivery is curbside by default — the driver is not obliged to bring the unit inside or uncrate it. Inside delivery and liftgate service can be arranged in advance.
Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading, as unnoted freight damage is very difficult to claim afterwards.
All new equipment carries the full manufacturer warranty. If you need to claim, contact us and we handle it with the manufacturer on your behalf.
